For assistance in customer service/customer care, such as problems related to your meter, billing, recorded use of water/sewer, etc., or to report a problem within the MWA system or your water/sewer services at your home or business, please contact Customer Care at cstinq@maconwater.org or 478-464-5600.

To inquire about capital projects, bids, or MWA maintenance work in the field, especially those with active construction sites, contact Randy Smith at rosmith@maconwater.org or 478-464-5642.
