Customer Service Survey & Results

Download the PDF Survey ResultsIn the summer of 2004, random customers of the Macon Water Authority (MWA) were selected for a research project to provide Authority leadership with feedback on our customer service and other performances of the MWA. Their input and responses were presented to the leadership of the Authority and assisted us in improving our customer service operations.



As a follow-up to that original survey, another round of customers have been chosen at random to participate in a research project conducted by the MWA through the University of Georgia. The purpose of this is to provide us with feedback on several topics addressing their preferences for obtaining timely, important public information and news and developments at the Authority. In addition, we are attempting to find out customer's knowledge on certain subjects, so we might better inform them of MWA operations that impact their daily life and that can help save them money.
