Amerson Plant Open House 2014

The Macon Water Authority celebrated national Drinking Water Week during the first week in May with an open house at its Frank C. Amerson, Jr. Water Treatment Plant. Approximately 120 guests toured the plant and grounds around Javors Lucas Lake to learn how the Authority produces the Best Tasting Drinking Water in North America.

Lynn Harden wasn't able to participate in the open house at the Amerson Water Plant, but she did celebrate national Drinking Water Week with a bottle of Macon Water while overseas in Germany.
