The Macon Water Authority offers walk-up and drive-in service at the MWA Administration Building at 790 Second St. A night drop box is available during non-business hours.

For added convenience, the MWA can establish a direct draft for bill payment. Under this method, a customer's regular monthly bill is mailed to their address and the amount due is automatically withdrawn from their bank account on the due date. Direct draft can be started and stopped by the customer at any time. Direct draft is the most efficient way for the customer to make payments and the most efficient way for the MWA to process them. To establish or terminate a direct draft, customer's can call Customer Service at 478-464-5600.

The MWA also accepts Visa and MasterCard for payment of customer water bills. This service makes it easier for customers to set up new accounts without being present to do so, and pay their accounts when out of town or unable to get to the MWA offices.

For more information on payment options, as well as other information concerning the MWA, customers can call the MWA's Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) system 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at 478-464-5600.
