Board Meetings

The Macon Water Authority Board Members meets monthly for their regular meetings, which are open to the public at the board room on the second floor of the MWA Albert Billingslea Headquarters Building.

Location:

The Board Meetings are held in the Macon Water Authority Board Room on the Second Floor of the Albert Billingslea Headquarters, 790 Second Street in downtown Macon.

Time:

The MWA Board meeting is held on the first Thursday of every month at 4:30 p.m.

Standing Committee Meetings

Standing Committees of the Authority meet monthly (all except for the Pension Committee, which meets quarterly), and these meetings, like the regular MWA Board Meeting, are open to the public. 

Location:

The Standing Committee Meetings of the MWA are held in the Board Room on the Second Floor of the Authority's Albert Billingslea Headquarters Building, located at 790 Second Street in downtown Macon.

Times:

The MWA Standing Committees meet on the third Thursday of the month.

The Pension Committee meets only once per quarter at 1:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of the month in which it is being held.

The Finance, Engineering, and Personnel Committees meet monthly on the third Thursday, beginning at 4:30 p.m.

(These committees meet pending business in these areas, and the meetings last as long as needed.)
