Invoice Cloud increases processing fee 25 cents
Many MWA Customers enjoy the convenience of making their monthly payment using our Invoice Cloud Service – a third-party electronic payment processor the Authority partners with so customers can make payments via credit or debit card. However, there is a processing fee added to payments made through this service, and Invoice Cloud has announced their processing fee is increasing. Whereas, MWA residential customers have been paying a $2.50 fee for card-processing transactions, this fee will increase to $2.75, beginning Feb. 18, 2023. This fee is applicable only to MWA customers paying via credit/debit card or PayPal. Residential customers paying by electronic check using our Automated Clearing House (ACH) do not pay any additional fees for their check payments.
