Noticed an increase on your latest bill?

Does your water bill seem higher than usual this month? It’s possible that this high amount is due to the number of days included in your billing period. MWA’s new billing software may have adjusted your due date slightly earlier or later, causing these additional days to be added to your bill. This longer billing period is a onetime occurrence, and you should expect your billing periods to return to 27-33 days in May, 2018. Although your billing period may be longer this month, it’s important to check around your residence or building for water use inefficiency or possible leaks.
